Denise M. Guckin Voisard
Licensed Funeral Director, Supervisor & Co-Owner
Living in the Funeral Home during my pre adult years, I have experienced firsthand
how to raise a family, support a community, and be involved in my church. I attended Holy Innocents Grade School; graduated from Little Flower High School ’72, went on to Holy Family University and, finally, earned a Mortuary Science Degree in Catonsville, MD. Here I met my husband, Thomas Voisard. In 1976, I received my Funeral Director’s License and became part of my parents’ funeral home. All these experiences have prepared me to the sensitiveness necessary to guide people experiencing death of a loved one.

Thomas C. Voisard
Licensed Funeral Director, Co-Owner
I am one of nine children and was raised in Orchard Park, NY. Although I have lived in many states and Canada, Philadelphia has been our home since 1985.
In 1971, I graduated from Robert Morris University but still was not sure what career I wanted. Then in 1975, I graduated from Mortuary Science School in Catonsville, MD and received my Funeral Directors License in 1976. I found a vocation, more like a calling, as a Funeral Director. It is very rewarding and fulfilling to help families through their difficulties. At our funeral home, we strive to put families at ease as well as to prepare their loved one to look natural and at peace.
Two of our three sons, Jason and Gregory, are also Funeral Directors. The legacy continues.
