Rita C. Dugan

Rita Cecelia Dugan (Murray) passed away peacefully on April 24, 2025 at the age of 99.  She is preceded in death by her parents James and Cecelia Murray, her husband Daniel Dugan, her son Daniel J. Dugan,  and her siblings Dolores, James (Rita), Raymond (Elsie) and John (Joanne).

Rita is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Patricia M. Dugan, Esquire; her granddaughter, Christine M. Dugan, and many nieces and nephews.

During Rita's working career she served as Personnel Director for the City of Philadelphia. She later worked in the District Attorney's Office as Chief Administrator in the Charging Unit. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Holy Innocents Church, 1337 E. Hunting Park Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19124 (Intersection of L Street and E. Hunting Park Avenue). Her visitation begins at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Langhorne.
