Raymond E. Walsh, Jr.

Raymond Edward Walsh, Jr. passed away on June 2, 2025 in Oreland, PA. He was 60 years of age. Raymond was born in Philadelphia, PA, the son of Raymond Walsh, Sr. & Barbara Walsh (nee Troxell). Raymond was proceeded in death by his father, Raymond Walsh Sr., and his uncle, Charles Weinman. He is survived by his mother Barbara Walsh, sister Kelly de Bruin (Marco), his nieces Emma de Bruin and Annelies de Bruin, his nephew Connor de Bruin, his aunts Rose Weinman and Theresa Walsh, as well as many cousins.

Raymond completed an Associates Degree in Business Administration at Penn State University and was in the Naval Reserves for 2 years. He worked in telecommunications and spent the last 20 years working at the Philadelphia Mental Health Care Corporation.

A celebration of life is planned on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Maternity Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19115, (near the intersection of Welsh Road and Bustleton Avenue) Visitation begins at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 AM. Interment is private.
