Connell “Cubby” Edward Wolfe was born August 24, 2019, to Anne Elizabeth Albritton and Timothy Edward Wolfe. A joyful baby from the start, Connell was known for his sparkling smile that lit up every room. He grew up surrounded by the love and care of his devoted family. Though his journey was not without obstacles, Connell’s strength and spirit shone through as he persevered with resilience.
Connell was cherished by all who knew him. His contagious smile and joyful laugh could brighten anyone’s spirit, and it was impossible not to feel happy in his presence. He loved spending time with his mom, dad, siblings, and grandparents, as well as being outdoors in the sunshine. He also recently enjoyed special moments with his extended family and cousins. Wherever he was—at school, in the neighborhood, or with friends and family—his warmth and perseverance left a lasting impression.
Connell’s beautiful soul left us far too soon on September 1. He leaves behind his loving mother and father, his siblings Adelyn and Weston, his grandparents Nancy Campbell Albritton and Edward D. Wolfe and Annemarie T. (Kane) Wolfe, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family who cherished him deeply.
Connell will be remembered most for his radiant smile, his joyful spirit, and his determination to overcome obstacles with grace and courage.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 84 East Oakland Avenue, Doylestown, PA 18901. His visitation will take place in the Parish Hall from 10 to 11:30 AM followed by a Mass in the Church. Interment is private at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Langhorne, PA.
In his honor, plans for an inclusive playground—where children of all abilities can laugh and play so that Connell’s joy may live on—will be shared at a later date, along with a celebration of life. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be directed toward this effort once details are available.
